How do I update my AutoPay payment method if it didn't go through?

Does Boost Mobile offer device financing?

Yes! Boost Mobile does provide device financing options. Please visit a Pay Later-enabled store or boostmobile.com for more details and to see if you qualify!

How do I check if a specific device is in stock at a specific store? Does Boost Mobile do in-store pickup?

The best way to see if the store carries a specific device is to call the store directly. If the store is enabled for Pay Later Device Financing, qualified customers can order a device via that process and have it shipped to their home address.

What is Boost Mobile's return policy?

How can I check if I'm eligible for an upgrade?

How do I file an insurance claim? What does Boost Mobile insurance cover?
